I joined DAL Food in 1996. My first position was a miller in production, a section under the operations department. I contributed to building a strong milling team, which achieved high production capacity and delivered the required product quality.
Currently, I supervise grain handling reception and distribution to all Mills in Khartoum silos. My main responsibility is to make different quality raw grains available as per the requirements of different mill capacities to meet production targets.
Working as part of a team has allowed me to gain extensive experience in the milling field, and train new employees to become successful and productive members of the company.
