I joined DAL Food in 2012. My first position was to supervise the planning section under the Operational Planning Unit (OPU), and together with my colleagues, I contributed to building the planning section team.
I joined DAL Food in 1996. My first position was a miller in production, a section under the operations department. I contributed to building a strong milling team, which achieved high production capacity and delivered the required product quality.
I joined DAL Food in 2013 as a Packaging Services Manager. As DAL Food procures a wide variety and substantial volumes of packaging material, my main objective was to bring attention to this function, and its importance in a business focused on FMCG production and distribution.
I joined DAL Group (DFI Projects & Procurement) in early 2005 as a senior buyer…
It all started when I was a Master’s student at The Food Research Centre in Shambat, where I was doing my master’s degree in “Fermentation of Sorghum”.
Since DAL Food operates in a consistently changing and volatile environment, one of my main roles is to help create a strategy that can help the company dwell in such an environment.
